Joanna's passion for cooking ignited in childhood, nurtured by her father and grandmothers. With experience in prestigious 30A restaurants like Pescado and The Surfing Deer, Chef Jojo infuses every dish with a lifetime of culinary skill and creativity. She delights in Mediterranean and Caribbean cuisines, loves rolling her own sushi, and adds a healthy twist to Southern classics. Whether catering for an intimate group of two or a grand event of 500, no occasion is too large or too small. We are honored to be part of your special moments!
